One of homes was featured in The Times today, in a round up of the best properties for sale around £750,000, offering the vendor widespread exposure of their home. The newspaper described it as:

We are delighted to see Seatonthorpe Hall in Country Life this week in their new build homes round up. This stunning home in Thorpe By Water didn’t stay on the market very long – it’s already under offer! – but it had a lovely write up in this national glossy magazine.
