Unique Buildings Converted Into Homes

Converted homes are very popular with buyers, whether converting from scratch or buying something that has already been lovingly resorted. From a former school, church and bank to a windmill, lifeboat station or watermill, thousands of unique buildings have been transformed into amazing homes by many self-builders across the country, giving them a brand new lease of life. We currently have a former post office, coach house, barn and pub for sale, so we thought we’d give you a bit more information about them…

Old Welland Cottage – a converted pub

For a large part of the C20th, this building originally operated as The Welland Inn. This fine house was bought by the current owners in 2009 as a derelict pub and has been completely transformed over the last decade by stripping it back to its bare bones and starting almost from scratch.
